Will there be virtual tickets available?
No. This is a transformational event, and the only way to get the most out of it is to be physically present and immersed in the environment, surrounded by other like-minded agents.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can find someone to take your place and attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee with a $50 transfer fee.

What kind of clothing should I wear?
- General and gold attendees are perfectly fine with casual clothing only! Platinum and VIP members should bring formal attire for the exclusive welcome and closing receptions and the VIP-only dinner.
What are the dates and times of the event?
The sessions will be September 6th – 7th from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. VIP and Platinum members will have access to an exclusive welcome reception on the evening of September 5th and an exclusive closing night reception on the 7th.

How do I get a room at the discounted group rate?
VIP and Platinum have access to hotel room blocks in the primary hotel (JW Marriott). Gold has access to room blocks at the secondary hotels. General does not have access to room blocks, so please view the hotel options nearby after booking your ticket.
Which airport should I fly into + when should I arrive?
Nashville International Airport is the closest airport. VIP and Platinum members should arrive on September 4th in order to attend the exclusive welcome reception. General and Gold members should arrive by the evening of September 5th to be fresh and ready for an early start on September 6th.
